2009 Conference Review

Art of Success 2009, Columbia Ultimate's annual client conference, brought together collection agency owners, IT staff, government representatives and healthcare professionals from across the country to share ideas, discuss key issues and innovations in our industry, and enhance understanding of their products and services for optimal results.

This year's conference was held in Vancouver, WA, October 5-9th and allowed attendees an opportunity to participate in a series of sessions and workshops on leadership and technology innovation, as well as discussions on latest industry trends and issues.

2009 Conference Highlights

Highlights of the conference included a keynote address by Dennis Deaton, an internationally known business psychology writer and author of The Ownership Spirit, who spoke on the importance of full accountability in dealing skillfully with the change, challenge, and adversity that life presents. Attendees also heard from industry experts Albert Rookard (President & CEO, ClientAccessWeb.com), Valerie Hayes (Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs, ACA International), and John Bedard (Managing Partner, Bedard Law Group, P.C.).
