1. Who should attend Art of Success?
Art of Success appeals to Presidents & CEOs, Operations Managers, Team Supervisors, IT Specialists, and more.
We expect more than 150 attendees who represent collection agencies, collection litigation firms, financial services, first party, healthcare organizations and government entities. Plus, our exhibitors will be displaying products and services that will help make your collections even more effective.
2. How do I register for the conference?
It is easy to register for the conference. Simply complete our online registration form.
Register by September 1, 2008, and take advantage of our Tier One pricing!

5. What’s included in the Social Guest registration fee?
The Spouse/Social Guest pass includes:
- 2-day pass to exhibitor areas
- Welcome reception on Monday evening
- All conference meals and keynotes on October 7 & 8
6. What is the Art of Success Partner Forum?
The Art of Success Partner Forum is a unique opportunity for clients to interface with Columbia Ultimate’s partners. The Partner Forum is made up of five sessions designed to educate clients on the available partner product and service offerings developed to enhance client success. The Forum will include a range of topics that introduce and discuss industry and technology trends, while demonstrating real solutions for clients. For more details, click here.
Pre-registration is required. To register for the Art of Success Partner Forum, simply select the time(s) you wish to participate in the “PARTNER FORUM” section of the registration form.
7.What is the Art of Success Training?
Art of Success Training classes are in-depth, hands-on instruction offered exclusively by the Columbia Ultimate Training Team. This training is included in the initial Art of Success registration fee, at no additional charge. For more information on the courses offered, click here.

8. What is the Acumen! Training?
The Acumen! Training will be held Monday, October 6, 2008, 1 pm – 4 pm. For new and seasoned Acumen! users alike, this 3- hour power session will provide a quick learning cycle for the new user, and in-depth coverage in detailed reporting for our advanced users. Create report templates and drill into your collection data through the efficiencies of Business Objects, and bring your ideas for new reporting/dashboarding options during this interactive class.

9. What is the Columbia Ultimate Golf Tournament?
The golf tournament will be held in conjunction with Art of Success 2008 as a pre-conference activity on Monday, October 6th, from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. All levels of players are welcome!
