Zap The Gap!

We are pleased to announce Meagan Johnson, an expert in multi-generational behavior, as our speaker for Wednesday’s Lunch & Learn session.

Meagan's funny, hard hitting and informational "ZAP THE GAP" gives audience members information that will challenge your perceptions in a positive way.

Meagan is known as the "Generational Humorist". If you think you have heard all there is to know about the four different generations in the workforce today, you have not heard Meagan’s comical spin on how to attract, communicate and manage people from every generation.

Since she began her speaking career in 1997, Meagan has entertained and educated hundreds of audience members from all over the globe. She has written a variety of articles about the multiple generations and has been interviewed for many publications and audio programs.

Meagan’s philosophy is that each generation has very unique wants, needs and desires, and we must learn the motivations of each to tap into their potential. Using fundamental communication skills, conflict resolution methods, and stress management techniques, Meagan will teach you how to get the most from your most valuable resource: your people.
