Art of Success Training

Art of Success Training is offered both Thursday and Friday on October 25th & 26th and is available at no additional cost when you register.

The Art of Success Training sessions are lecture-style classes offered by the Columbia Ultimate Training team. Each student will have a computer for the ultimate in "hands-on" experience.

  • Create great looking custom reports
  • Download custom reports to your PC
  • Learn the file structure for The Collector System, ManageMed, or RPCS
  • List, sort total, subtotal, summarize, average, format and save your report data

Advanced Recall: The Art of Creating and Editing Dictionary Items
Learn how to create your own custom dictionary items that manipulate and produce data the way you want it. Expand your Recall and reporting skills and automate your recall statements.

Who Should Attend: System Administrators and end users of The Collector System, ManageMed or RPCS who have completed Beginning Recall, have at least 3 months of experience with Recall statements, and have received prior approval from the instructor.

Course Outline:

  • Create custom dictionary items
  • Learn to manipulate custom report data to your specifications
  • Customize formatting dates, numbers, alphabetical text and more
  • Troubleshoot records based on pattern matching
  • Learn how to create A and F correlatives to expand the functionality of dictionary items that you create.
  • Learn how to automate recall statements using Paragraphs.

Credit Report Set-up
This course looks at setting up credit reporting and generating monthly files for the credit bureaus in The Collector System. We will cover the step-by-step method for properly setting up credit reporting using the Metro 2 format and generating monthly files.

In addition, we will also discuss common misunderstandings of credit reporting in The Collector System and define the credit reporting settings.

Who Should Attend: System Administrators and Managers with six months to one year of experience using The Collector System.

Course Outline:

  • Enabling credit reporting to existing credit bureaus in The Collector System
  • Enabling credit reporting to a new credit bureau
  • Copy parameters of an existing credit bureau
  • Deleting credit bureaus
  • Print/view a credit bureau's parameters
  • Updating a credit bureau's parameters
  • Reasons an account will/will not be selected to be placed on a credit bureau file
