Many years ago, I worked for a very gifted entrepreneur. One of the lessons he taught me was that in business it is all about relationships, and his success over the years seemed to be the fruit of that belief.

However, in hindsight, I think his view was limiting. I have come to believe that not just in business, but in life it is all about relationships. As Tony Robbins tells us: "The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships."

Stop and think about what really matters the most to you in your life.

Here at Columbia Ultimate we teach our associates that success is built on relationships, and that means all relationships! Those we share with you our clients, with each other at work, and with our families and friends away from work. As with anything of value, good relationships require our best efforts and a generous portion of our time.
