As part of our continued focus on taking care of clients and delivering greater efficiency and productivity, we are pleased to announce the availability of ManageMed 3.1, the latest version of our healthcare collection software. ManageMed clients can easily request an upgrade via the Columbia Ultimate Client Center.
This release of ManageMed includes enhanced representative screens, greater control on data imports, and easier business strategy setup.
In addition, there are improvements to Account Flow Manager, an interface to Experian's Collection AdvantageŽ service, multiple credit reporting enhancements, UB-04 and CMS 1500 forms compatibility, and the addition of CU.Documents, which allows users to create quality letters through Microsoft Word.
