The company added approximately 58 new organizations to its client base with a notable sales increase in the government and collection agency markets. Today, more than 500 collections agencies, debt buyers, banks, healthcare and retail organizations rely on Columbia Ultimate’s collection solution to increase cash flow, reduce operating costs, and streamline collections and debt recovery.

We also tailored our solutions to meet the needs of small collection agencies. These initiatives resulted in significant growth in the collection agency and government market sectors,” said R. • The creation of the New Telephony Division to provide enhanced services and support for the expanding telephony product line;
• The introduction of New Client Care plans providing a comprehensive suite of services and
• Partnerships with companies such as DANTOM Systems to provide more flexibility and options for clients’ letter servicing needs.
