Previously, a vice president of finance, England will be responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, and facilities functions of the company, as well as negotiating and maintaining contracts with clients and suppliers.

England holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology and an MBA from Willamette University. England also holds a position on the board of Columbia Credit Union.
