Michael England has more than 20 years of industry experience in finance and operational management. He serves as chief financial officer for Columbia Ultimate responsible for all finance, accounting, and facilities functions of the company, as well as negotiating and maintaining contracts with clients and suppliers.

Prior to joining Columbia Ultimate in 2000, he worked in the aviation and ship repair industry in the areas of finance, accounting, and marketing. He also filled the role as director of administration and finance for a land use and environmental planning consulting organization.

England holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology and an MBA from Willamette University. England also holds a position on the board of Columbia Credit Union.
