Charity Care: This function allows a user to set up controls to track charity care events, present tables for poverty levels based on household income levels, report and bill applicable service fees, and provide a summary of charity care amounts awarded.

Viewing Open Accounts: Two or more users can have the same account open. One user will have the ability to update the account while the other user(s) will have the ability to view the account.
