Thank you to those of you who were able to attend our Art of Success conference in Portland. The turnout exceeded our expectations... and the beautiful weather was an added plus! We were thrilled to see so many of you during this event, and to discuss, learn and share ways to further enhance your business.

Journey Into the Imagination
In my opening presentation, Journey Into the Imagination, I spoke about the importance of fostering innovation and imagination in our day-to-day operations. Whether it's a business relationship or the development of a product or service, we need to exercise our creativity to continue adding value to everything we do. At Columbia Ultimate, we believe that imagination and creativity go hand-in-hand with business success. We apply this philosophy to all aspects of our business and strive to improve, expand and increase the types of solutions and services we offer so that you can be even more successful with your collections efforts.

Client Care and Training
As part of this, we implemented a new client survey, which many of you responded with valuable input and thoughts. We have made headway in addressing areas for improvements such as launching an enhanced Client Care program, which offers expanded hours, improved response times, additional software, services and training. We continue to put additional resources into the development of our flagship products and recently formed a new division dedicated specifically to the telephony market. And, our Columbia Ultimate Way Training program - as part of being a learning-centered organization - provides training for each associate so they can better understand and learn the industry and our clients' businesses.

Moving into 2007 we have plans to introduce several new products with feature-rich capabilities, as well as enhanced analytics and telephony solutions. We will also launch a web-based training program so we can effectively and easily provide training regardless of location.

As always, we appreciate your continued support and commitment to us. For those of you who attended Art of Success, I hope you came away empowered with new knowledge and information. For those of you who did not attend this year, we hope to see you next year.
