As part of the complete Columbia Ultimate solutions suite, we have developed an interface with DANTOM that integrates your letters with your Columbia Ultimate collection software.

Reducing Processing Time and Mailing Costs
Your goal is to make contact with your clients quickly and cost-effectively. To accomplish this goal, you must keep production and processing costs low AND reach as many of your clients as possible. To help you control production and processing costs and get your letters out the door fast, DANTOM services your letter needs from start to finish in one state-of-the-art, secure print/mail preparation facility.

Address Accuracy
To ensure that your letters get delivered to your clients, DANTOM offers the latest technology in address filtering and correction.

DANTOM pre-processes your debtor addresses for accuracy to help you identify incorrect or outdated addresses. Filters include:

  • Dual Address Standardization (DAS) to ensure USPS compliance, expedite mail delivery and reduce postage rates.
  • National Change of Address (NCOA) to locate clients who have moved and increase the chances of reaching them.
  • Address Change Service (USPS) to receive new address updates electronically and reduce USPS charges.
  • Address Element Correction (AEC) to correct and standardize certain address elements and reduce returned mail processing time and costs.
  • Electronic Return Mail (ERMŽ) to identify undeliverable-as-addressed pieces before they're printed and mailed, eliminating postage and paper costs.
  • DANTOM's Preferred Return Mail Process (DPRM) for retrieval, processing, and notification of returned mail after it has been printed and mailed
