Spring was a very exciting and busy time for us at Columbia Ultimate. We look forward to yet another productive summer as we get underway with new initiatives for the fall.
As always, it was a pleasure to see so many of our clients at the CU Users Group Conference in Las Vegas. The many productive discussions that took place left me feeling confident and hopeful for what we are doing now, and what we will accomplish together in the future. We continue to be committed to providing feature-rich products to keep pace with industry and business trends, and meet your changing needs. More than 80 percent of product enhancements we include in each release come directly from client suggestions. We will continue to focus our efforts on enhancing The Collector System as well as ManageMed, and promise to deliver more options such as letter services in the near future. We will also continue to invest in next generation product development that is increasingly critical to your continued success.

As part of our ongoing commitment to Client Care, we recently conducted a client relationship survey asking you to guide us in how we can better enhance our relationship and address your needs.
Although we have made significant progress in various aspects of our business, we still need to improve on a number of areas. Providing more web-based training, being more knowledgeable about our clients’ business needs and implementing additional technical support staff were noted as areas in need for further improvement.
