We are pleased to announce that with this latest release, The Collector System 2006.1, users can take advantage of data-at-rest encryption and numerous other enhancements.
- Data Encryption: Significant functionality has been added to The Collector System that will handle encryption of a set number of sensitive fields, for example Social Security Number, Client Reference Numbers, Bank Account Numbers and Driver's License Numbers.
- Security Enhancements: Five new enhancements have been included to the Password Controls. These enhancements allow for configuration at the administrator-level.
- Litigation Enhancement: This enhancement allows you to map court fees to the fiscal fields in the Court Assignment window. This allows you to track court fees at the account level and include the information in correspondence.
- New User Interface for CU•REMIT: Loading CU•REMIT data just got easier. You can now load updated CU•REMIT data through a newly created user interface in the CU•REMIT menu.
- Correspondence Enhancements: You now have the option to present a social security number on documents in a partially masked format.
- Call Recording: The new call recording module adds the ability to record inbound and outbound calls that are processed by the CU•CONVERSE RT dialer. Call recording can be used to minimize possible litigation, enhance quality control and verify compliance with various laws.
