We are pleased to announce that the ManageMed 2.2 release is now available and features the following enhancements:

  • CU•CONVERSE RT Upgrade: ManageMed’s integrated dialer, CU•CONVERSE RT, has been upgraded with a host of new features including inbound call routing, auto messaging, and call recording. The former CU•CONVERSE RT hit screen has been entirely integrated into the Representative screen successfully streamlining the user interface by eliminating the need for two screens.

  • User Security: ManageMed has three new optional security features. ManageMed can be configured to require one system administrator to create a user profile while a different administrator has to approve the user profile (requires Columbia Ultimate Client Care assistance for setup). ManageMed can be configured to require one user to enter a batch posting total and another user enter the individual account postings. ManageMed can be configured to control which desks users can transfer accounts from.

  • Updating Detail Charges: ManageMed now has the ability to add detail charges through the standard interface. It also has the new ability to add, update or delete detail charges manually.

  • Viewing Notes: ManageMed has new view and sort options for notes. As in past versions, users can filter notes based on these types: All Notes, Account Status Changes, Action Type, Financial Class Changes, and Correspondence. Now, these types of notes can be viewed for the Account, Packet, or Associated Packets; and users can sort notes by column criteria.

For more detailed descriptions about each of these enhancements contact your sales representative by email or by calling 1-800-488-4420.
