
About Us
John Davis provides leadership to the Client Relations Executives of Columbia Ultimate in building positive relationships with all of our valued clients. John has been involved for over 16 years in recommending to clients how they can benefit from Columbia Ultimate's products and services. Most recently, John has been leading the newly formed Client Relations Executive team whose goal is to provide even more value and strengthen our partnerships with our clients.
Rich Irvine has been with Columbia Ultimate since 1993. In January 1996 he was transferred from Vancouver to Virginia to head up a new east coast sales and service division. His next assignment took him to Atlanta, Georgia as a senior project manager dealing with large account management and facility management of the Atlanta office. Recent reorganization has taken him back to Vancouver where he assists the Client Relations Team managing large accounts. Rich's educational goals have provided him with degrees in Mechanical Design and Business Management.
Rodney Riley began serving Client Sales in 2003 before being promoted to Client Relations Executive in early 2006. Rodney's goal is to promote his clients' business growth as a consultative partner, understanding their needs, being familiar with industry trends, and implementing the appropriate features and benefits of our services and product set. Rodney is a multi-year member of Columbia Ultimate's President's Club, and has received many other awards and accolades. Rodney previously worked for IBM as a Network Specialist and Large Account Manager within the Netfinity/AS400 Network.
Rane'e Schwinof spent the previous 5 years as a Transactional Services Account Manager providing solution-based products to Columbia Ultimate clients. Promoted in January of 2006 to a Client Relations Executive, Rane'e's goal is client care and building relationships through ongoing and proactive communication. Rane'e's success is measured by her clients' happiness. Previously, Rane'e worked in the Lumber Industry as a Rail Manager/Buyers Assistant for over 8 years.
Michael Steward has served Columbia Ultimate's clients since 2001 and joined the Client Relations team in 2009. His previous roles in support, training and product management at Columbia Ultimate serve him well in this new position. Michael's goal is to be a consultative business partner, providing timely and relevant information and assisting clients with the correct feature rich products and services. Michael previously worked in commercial collections and financial sales. His hobbies include restoring old cars, playing with trains and spending time with his family.
Shawn Taylor joined the Columbia Ultimate team in 1999. He started off in Columbia Ultimate’s IT department preparing for the unknowns of Y2K and beyond. In 2001 Shawn began working with Telephony clients as a stager/trainer and moved on to staging and upgrading new and existing Collector System servers. In 2006 he was promoted to Client Relations Executive where he continues to work very closely with some of Columbia Ultimate's largest clients. Shawn has several years of technical and Collector System experience and believes in people and the role of technology in the world of collections, especially in tough economic times.
